Registration and Reservation

Due to the size of the Haxthäuser Hof, participation is limited to 80 persons. Of these, 40 places can be booked by students at a reduced fee. Your place at the symposium is reserved once the participation fee has been received in full by our administration.
Places are allocated in the order in which participation fees are received by bank transfer (first come, first served). Payment at the entrance is not possible. If all places have been filled, further applicants will be placed on a waiting list and may be offered a place should one become available.

Friends of the Haxthäuser Hof Symposium will receive access to early-bird registration one week before registration officially opens.

Participation Fees

Professionals

• Full symposium (all days): €350
• Single day: €130

Students

• Full symposium (all days): €220
• Single day: €95

Lunch, coffee/tea, and dinner are included.

Camping

On-site camping in your own tent, car, camper van, mobile home, etc. is available for €5 per person per night, including shower facilities and breakfast. This fee must be paid in cash at the entrance.

Before you register

Transfers

Participation is personal and may not be transferred without prior written approval from the organisers. Approved transfers are subject to an administrative fee of €50.

The cancellation policy below also applies to student registrations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Participant

when canceling more then 24 hrs after completing your online registration the following fees are due/will be retained:

• more than 8 weeks before the symposium: €35, administration fee
• between 8 and 4 weeks before the symposium: 25% of the participation fee,
• between 4 and 2 weeks before the symposium: 50% of the participation fee.
• within 2 weeks of the symposium: no refund can be issued*.

Programme changes, dissatisfaction with the event, or other personal reasons do not entitle participants to an any refund beyond the above mentioned.

In exceptional circumstances of Force Majeure affecting a participant, such as serious illness, accident, or death in the immediate family, a refund  of the participation fee may be granted. Until the Friday evening of the Symposium up to 50%, after that up to 25% can be refunded. Requests must be submitted without delay and supporting appropriate written documentation must be handed in within 14 days.

Please note that cancellations made via the "Withdraw Contract" button on the website are subject to the conditions above.

Cancellation by the Organisers

The HHHof organisation may cancel the symposium:

• if the minimum number of 60 participants has not been reached;
• if the symposium cannot take place due to Force Majeure..

In such cases, a full refund of the participation fee will be made.

Insurance and Liability

Access to the symposium premises is restricted to registered participants and staff.

The organisers are not liable for accidents, theft, loss, or damage occurring during the symposium.

Participants are advised to arrange their own health, travel, and personal liability insurance.

The symposium is not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.

Parents or legal guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.

Code of Conduct

At the Haxthäuser Hof Jewellery Symposium, we respect and protect the personal dignity of every individual. We cultivate a culture of fairness, mutual respect, and professional conduct.

Any form of psychological, verbal, or physical harassment or discrimination—including discrimination based on nationality, origin, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics—is not tolerated. Hate speech or the promotion of extremist ideologies is likewise not tolerated.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate exclusion from the symposium without reimbursement and may lead to civil or criminal consequences where applicable.

The organisers reserve the right to reject registration applications or restrict access when deemed necessary. In such cases, applicants will be notified and any payments received will be refunded. However, no refund will be issued if a participant is excluded during the symposium due to misconduct.
